Our Mental Health and well-being

Let’s talk more about our mental health, well being so that we can raise more awareness about it and that it’s not taboo if someone feels depressed or have any mental health problems, if we speak more about our mental health and well being with one another many people save themselves getting into serious mental health conditions.

As we all feel at some point in our life stressed , overwhelmed about certain things going on in life, but before it starts to disturbs your everyday life to the extent that you feel unable to finish every day’s tasks or it take a lot of energy to finish them and you feel exhausted. You can speak with someone preferably an expert for helping you to cope with those matter of your life. Speak, share, ask for help there is nothing to be ashamed of about it. It will prevent you from developing serious mental health conditions and help you to have a healthy relaxed mind.

 PS. having the Asian background and being Pakistani, I can tell about Asian culture that our people need to express themselves more when it comes to express their emotions, talking about their mental well being. They need to understand if they take care of their and their loved one’s mental well being its going to reduce their physical illnesses to a huge extent. As for example suppression of each emotion can leads to specific inner health conditions.  share with your loved ones
