If you want to be more productive, want more harmony in your life and healthy relationships, you want to understand other people well around you, which are important in your life; you have to understand yourself first. It is very important that you first understand yourself and your emotions because this has huge impact on your life. So where they come from, our thoughts generate certain feeling inside us and it leads towards emotions.

Our thoughts are shaped by many different aspects these are our mental cognition. Our thoughts are developed by our perception of seeing the world around us, our life experiences, influence of genes and by the people living around us, our way of education etc. Our thoughts are our beliefs, opinions, ideas about ourselves and others. We can think of them as experience of happiness, anger, sadness, disgust or fear.

The emotions are like signals, our mind send them to experience certain feelings in order to motivate us to do certain things for our interest. The interest what our mind thinks is important for our survival or for our mental stability. We can think of them as experience of happiness, anger, sadness, disgust or fear etc. These are our core emotions.
