Through practices such as mindful meditation, breath work, hypnosis and with personalised coaching participants can experience profound relaxation and mental clarity and let go of blockages which are holding them back in life.
Join us for a transformative 3- day retreat designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Our Mindfulness healing retreat combines powerful practices such as meditation and breath work, Hypnotherapy to let go of any emotional blockages which are holding you back other like inner child healing and hypnosis will be used for any other emotional release to speed up your healing journey to make more space in your mind to being able to then welcome new experiences in your life, somatic healing, 1 to 1 coaching to discuss your goals and mind blockages at the beginning of the retreat.
Breath work helps to oxygenate the body, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being. Hypnosis can facilitate deep mental relaxation and help address subconscious patterns that may be holding you back. Somatic meditation focuses on the mind-body connection, promoting awareness and healing through mindful movement and body awareness. These practices combined can lead to a significant reduction in anxiety, improved emotional balance, and a heightened sense of inner peace and self control.
