Journaling: It’s my thing! Taking some quiet time for us to explore our thoughts and how we are feeling in that moment, which emotions are dominant and how these are impacting our lives. I like to do it free style after setting some time limit to do that. For using this journaling technique I just write in flow all my thoughts without being judgmental about them thoughts like can I even think like that, would it be possible, our fears etc. etc. It helps us to have a check on ourselves, which events, thoughts are influencing us more and occupying more space, which thoughts are there more often, how many days we have certain thoughts.

When we are aware of most of your thoughts, it helps us to be more reflective about expressing ourselves, our feelings and emotions. It has many benefits like:
It relieve every day stress as we become aware of our negative thoughts, realising about these negative thoughts and throwing these away clear our mind which helps to reduce stress level.
It helps us to self-reflect about ourselves which makes us emotionally strong and resilient
It helps us to be organized and achieve our goals by prioritising
Every one of us needs some sort of catharsis to feel calm, grounded and to let things go. Its different for everyone, for some the religion is their source of catharsis, for some having a certain ritual, hobby, talking to someone whom they can trust, being alone and spending time with themselves and journaling is also one of the best cathartic methods to feel inner calm and peace.
