The dark weather actually has an impact on our melatonin level which is responsible for more sleep and tiredness. Here are a few tips to keep up your energy levels in this weather.
Keep yourself moving: An active lifestyle benefits your body to burn calories and has an impact on your mood. Try to include a 30 minutes brisk walk or some other indoor activity like stretching or yoga five times a week; it would improve your mood and your health in long run.

You can try many easy recipes to make your vegetables more enjoyable by baking or making soups etc. We all know, but yes try to have a moderate amount of starchy foods in your diet like bread, pasta, potatoes, etc especially if you aren’t having much exercise or physical activities.
A good routine: Does a good everyday routine also have an impact on our energy levels? Yes, huge… proper sleep of 7 to 8 hours, can be varied for everyone but normally our body needs 7 to 8 hours sleep to recover. Waking up early with the sunrise also have many positive and refreshing effects on our body but definitely, to wake up early in the morning we have to go to bed early as well! A good routine helps us to set our inner clock which results in more balanced energy levels in our body. After a good night’s sleep, our body has more energy in the morning, allowing us to finish the most demanding work in the morning. So try to follow your natural human clock to utilize your energy properly, wake up early finish your most important tasks and leave the easy one for the afternoon or evening and wind up your day with some relaxing technique before going to bed.
